- Dry coloring materials such as crayons, color sticks, or oil pastels.
- Paint
- Collage by cutting, gluing, and layering different sized construction paper circles
- Mixed media with yarn where we use sticky paper and attach yarn to it
Our yarn circle was going to be completed and added to our artwork after Spring Break. When students pick up their student belonging bags, they will see that they just need one more concentric shape to finish their artwork!
In remote learning today, Kindergarten students are practicing and preparing for finishing up their artwork! For their last square, students can include another concentric circle or draw a different concentric shape. To finish up my project, I chose to be inspired by artist Frank Stella who uses concentric squares in his artwork.
