Each grade level was a different color of the rainbow in our display!
Students were inspired by Georgia O'Keeffe's cloud paintings. Students created their own organic cloud shape. They then drew and painted what they thought their cloud could look like. Each grade level was a different color of the rainbow in our display!

The artist, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, had a close connection with famous painter Claude Monet. For years, Renoir stayed at Monet’s rented home in the small town of Argenteuil near Paris, France.
During the time they spent in Argenteuil, they both enjoyed painting in the outdoors where they focused on painting views of the scenery around them. In 1873, Renoir painted Monet painting his garden at Argenteuil. Using an easel to hold his canvas, Monet is painting the flowers around his house. Monet is holding his brush in one hand while his palette rests on the other hand. An umbrella and a box of paints can be seen under Monet’s easel. |
